Circle Policy

If you wish to apply for a trial session or become an official member of Paradise (hereinafter referred to as “the Circle”), please read the following policy carefully.

To ensure smooth, respectful, and healthy community management — and to provide all members with a comfortable and enjoyable sexual experience — we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

Cancellation Policy

At the Circle, we take cancellations after schedule confirmation, same-day cancellations, prank applications, and unserious applications very seriously.

Scheduling requires coordination from both the management team and other participants. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows may cause inconvenience not only to the Circle but also to other applicants.

For this reason:

  • A cancellation after schedule confirmation will incur a cancellation fee of ¥10,000 JPY
  • A same-day cancellation, regardless of the reason, will incur a cancellation fee of ¥30,000 JPY

Please also understand that failure to pay cancellation fees may result in legal action through the Circle’s legal counsel.

Prohibited Conduct

The following individuals are not permitted to participate in the Circle:

  • Individuals with infectious diseases, including sexually transmitted infections such as HIV or syphilis
  • Female applicants who provide false information regarding age or body type in the application form, or female applicants weighing over 70kg
  • Please provide accurate and honest information at all times. If there is no suitable field in the application form for additional information you would like us to know, please use the remarks section.
  • Individuals who use illegal drugs or narcotics
  • Japan has very strict drug laws. Some substances that may be legal in other countries are illegal in Japan. Cannabis, for example, is illegal in Japan and arrests occur regularly. Drug users are strictly prohibited from participating.
  • Individuals engaging in religious activities, political activities, or aggressive business solicitation within the Circle
  • Individuals engaging in persistent unwanted advances, abusive behavior, harassment, or stalking
  • Any other behavior deemed inappropriate by Circle management

Regarding STDs (Sexually Transmitted Diseases)

Illness does not discriminate. For this reason, the Circle maintains strict STD management procedures for male members.

Specifically:

  • Male members are required to undergo STD testing once per month
  • Test results must be submitted to Circle management for verification
  • We strive to maintain a zero-STD environment within the Circle

In addition, male members are required to use condoms consistently, not only during Circle activities but also in their private sexual relationships as an extra precaution.

However, some STDs may show no symptoms in either men or women.

If a participant unknowingly carries an STD, there is a possibility that infections could spread within the Circle.

At present, female participants are not required to submit STD test results, and the Circle does not verify them. Although no STD cases have occurred under the current system, we are considering implementing mandatory STD testing for female participants in the future.

Therefore, if possible, we would sincerely appreciate it if participants could confirm through STD testing that they are not infected before attending.

Many people assume “there’s no way I could be infected,” yet asymptomatic positive results are not uncommon.

In Japan, anonymous and free STD testing is available at many public health centers. Ultimately, your health is your own responsibility. Regardless of whether you participate in the Circle, we strongly encourage you to get tested at least once for your own safety and peace of mind.

Regarding Pregnancy

Generally, condoms are said to have approximately a 90% contraceptive effectiveness rate in Japan. Even during periods considered “low fertility,” effectiveness is often estimated at around 95%.

These figures take into account various possibilities, including:

  • Condom damage during intercourse
  • Manufacturing defects causing microscopic tears
  • Small amounts of semen leaking after ejaculation

Even with thorough precautions, no contraceptive method can guarantee 100% prevention of pregnancy.

The Circle strictly requires all possible contraceptive measures from male participants; however, a small possibility of pregnancy still remains.

By participating, female participants acknowledge and accept this risk.

If pregnancy occurs, or if the possibility of pregnancy cannot be ruled out as a result of activities during Circle participation, the Circle shall bear no responsibility whatsoever.

The Circle will not accept claims for compensation, damages, or related expenses.

As with STDs, protecting your own body is ultimately your own responsibility. In cases of pregnancy, women are often the ones most seriously affected.

If you are particularly concerned about pregnancy risk, we strongly recommend taking additional precautions, such as:

  • Scheduling participation during a lower-risk period of your cycle
  • Using emergency contraception when appropriate

Please participate only after taking precautions that make you personally feel safe and comfortable.
